I was about to say the same thing. I played with the cap last night and there were moments I felt the capped hit tasted better. I still think uncapped is the way to go if you want the remaining hits to taste good. Capped seems to concentrate the terps more for the first hit. Gotta love :science:

I had the same thought to, but when I asked about calibration this is what they sent. My guess is they think a reset is calibration? I got a little confused as well. But wanted to share to get other peoples thoughts. I have no idea if this did anything positive or negative.

I'm not able to but maybe someone with a press and FP could compare. Take .xx and vape it Take .xx and squish and dab that at a low temp I'd wager that it's neck and neck difference of which is better. My guess is the FP is more efficient at extraction and you can get higher on less material.

I think it's pretty accurate. I was doing rosin dabs alone this weekend and the FP single hit bowls were better taste and effect wise even.

For me personally 700 with a bowl you can finish with one hit is like taking a dab. Actually it might be better but I love dabbing so much I don't want to admit that publicly lol. I feel at this temp the FP works better than a rosin press. It's just so damn efficient at extracting. The terps...

Any updates or previews of the quartz bowl @NewVape710 ? I'm curious if it was designed similar to the GS that will allow us to watch the action. With current design, the SH covers most of the bowl so there would be little to no action to see.

Hey guys if you take a high temp hit followed by a low temp hit the modulation from the low temp hit will get you higher. Clouds and whispy hits both have a place. Variety is the spice of life folks. ...you will feel a lot more chill too...:cool:

If you're dabbing on the Ti it will create a smell.

I keep my banger, insert and bubble cap in a 50/50 solution of ISO/Dark Crystal when not in use. That will keep them pretty much brand new if you do that from the start. I didn't do that in the beginning and my banger formed some carbon on the bottom. I was amazed at what a 3 day soak did to it...

Man o man this thing continues to amaze me. Last week I was all about the low temp 525 capped/uncapped bowls and this week it's all about one hit extraction at 700. It's pretty amazing how you can take a big ole bong rip and kill a bowl like the old days of combustion. The flavor is on point too...

What are the experts opinion on wood care? I have some beeswax for my UD I never used I was considering. I only want to preserve the wood, not trying to add a polish or change the color. It's such a sexy beast on it's own.
