yeah well when you kick all the crime to the other side of the world, what results is a really fucked up country that has to tax industrial chemicals as beverages  Yet we still can't legally blaze up. It's a damn circus But yes that's enough talk of PBW and the general state of affairs...

the sodium metasilicate doesn't do much but make it basic. PBW is 30% Na2SiO3 so its oxidation potential is generally higher than oxy cleaners which usually have about 1% metasilicate, but the main beneficial chemical seems to be PBWs surfactants. None the less if you've already tried it and...

If you're not using PBW, you're not using PBW. I've used sodium percarbonate based cleaners before, PBW has a lot more going on. Namely, buffering agents a chelator and surfactants. The stuff is formulated to deal with baked on carbon and it makes short work of vapour resin. It will require hot...

There are accounts of it working very well and easily for the Mighty/Crafty CU in the PBW thread. Very much the recommendable way to clean, PBW is safe on most materials, even hands. Though it can have a pH of 12 @1% concentration. I've looked inside the inner bore of the mouthpiece and noticed...

How many GHB1s have you noticed that with? My batch of 8 had very slight size variance with one noticeably chunky because it did that. I would hope they have a more consistent yield, or at least a select production filtering out the worst cells, but I still reckon after a year they'll be shot...

They haven't been available long enough to know. I have some arring soon, all of my batteries are of poor quality now too, lasting only a bowl or two. It's possible GHB2 simply refers to a second batch, where hopefully there's a bit more QA along the production process, but they'll probably also...

For the record, blu-tack was only originally mentioned to clean threads to prolong their life and is not a fix, more a maintenance tip for Ti threads on anything. Clean threads will allow better contact which could improve conductivity, so for some it has fixed problems but it rarely will...

The Lift Innovations grinder certainly looks pretty good, I use an SLX with ceramic coating. I would never buy another grinder without a non-stick surface again. (Which I'll never have to unless I lose the one I have ;)) I'd be interested to try out the LI with the fine grind plate, but I bet...

Ah okay, I knew you had taken one of the blueness so I was trying to hunt it down. Well I'm glad on the better camera, I remember back in the day I fell asleep after watching your just released slick 4K review in all its glory, before being woken by the post guy with my Vapefiend order. Was a...

Cheers mate :) I was going to ask you, when you were at HL and they were talking about a screen that you could scratch but not mark, were they referring to the honeycomb silver screen or the blue heater cap? I guess the blue finish is some kind of hardened/anodised finish, or something. Did...

Not a ceramic, metal (I think some particular stainless steel compound) It's a 3D-printed/laser-sintered metal heat exchanger produced in a previously unobtainable geometry, allowing for the efficient energy transfer from air to herb. It behaves like a ceramic, kind of. The metal heater acts as...

It's the blue thing under the screen in the chamber. It's basically a bunch of screens stacked together with massive surface area for it's size *repeat after me: reddit is a useless source of information* Photo cred: sourced via google via...

I believe fuschia or purple to be more correct than pink as there's no green LED, though hot pink and fuschia are practically synonymous, so you know, no need for an argument there :ko: The devices I work with have green and red LEDs, which when combined makes an orange. It's a little trippy...

+1, waiting on a replacement myself. My other back-end works a lot better, using a claisen/double-adapter the difference is clearly visible between the two. ____________ Regarding the feeder, it's a pretty cool device but it does have its hang ups. My favourite thing about it is not having to...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I would guess they're not, there are small differences between his kleins and those TAG ones (can restriction style, mouthpiece, perc slits). Though it's possible, we don't actually know if Zhang is blowing for TAG or not, it is fair to assume there's a similarly sized US vendor he's supplying...

I guess that too, considering Vapefiends stock and the GHB1 battery included. At the end of the day, at least you get to upgrade to the new model? Though I can assure you the Xtar will get the heavier workout, they are a good charger. If you have any 18650 battery charger, it might work...

I don't think it's a risk to the device in any way. The only potential is finding the charger is faulty, but even still it shouldn't damage the device. As far as I can tell, using the included charger doesn't effect device health, and anyone saying so is purely speculating. There is possibility*...

Damn, did you have the newer version of the charger? That happened to me, I went out and bought an external charger, and after finding the vape itself was fine claimed for warranty and HL sent me a new charger.
