The BHO will dissolve well in the Everclear. You will need to heat the solution to evaporate the Everclear. Not too much heat because you can lose some of the actives in boiling off the alcohol. You may want to look into the Liquidizer thread for some help...

Blowback is when you stop drawing and the water rushes back to its natural level. Usually "blowing back" a puff of air and ABV into your vape.

3 seconds is too long for the 7.4v IMHO. Try pulsing the button one second at a time. Should be easier on the throat and may taste better.
