I have had the same thing happen , I used some alcohol and salt with some vigorous shaking to get it out. It was a pain but it worked. The salt helped grab that tiny piece of hair and it eventually came out.

They had them on the 1st sale day 3x for $10 .

I highly doubt there are any fakes out , this pen just came out. Not to much time to copy so most likely they are all legit and if a company is putting the time in to copy a $30 pen that's pretty pathetic imo.
