Are you using AW batteries? Also a single 18350 might not be powerful enough have you tried an 18650 to see if the cart fires properly at 3.7?

basically what your going to want to do is lower the adjustable spring to be maybe 1/8th from the bottom then screw the bottom cap back on to slowly raise it so its as low as possible in the tube then put the fuse on the bottom battery so it rests on the spring

It will run at 3.7 but for 7.4 on the Persei you would need the one made for 7.4 they have different resistances and the 3.7 would overload the Persei of you ran it at 7.4
