i'm no help with the tane, but i have seen kief "winterized" with alcohol. the shatter it made was amazingly strong.

if you plan on letting it "air dry" then why wet it after it is already covered with a drying agent?

i still don't get the point in wetting it after cleaning. I would use alcohol to get the water off then i let the alcohol dry.

water takes a lot longer than alcohol to dry up.

thanks for the video so the resistance wire press against the insulating rubber. Will that damage it and/or short out? OEM has a connection of resistance and non-resistance (where one of mine broke) under the cup.
