It COULD, although most user prefer a larger bubbler for use with vapes (more stable with a vape attached, some of the oil rigs don't have sufficient room around the joint for the vape to sit correctly). Also, it would help if you tell us what vape you want to use with it : ) Yeah 14 = 14.5.
