    Discontinued Vapir NO2

I call BS. 1) Portable temp control. That's the reason I purchased one. In an uncharacteristic fashion, I did not search user forums like this one or else I would not have purchased. Clearly there are serious health issues with this product and I have grown to completely resent the...

Having trouble starting your iolite? Rejoice!

Sounds like the unit is ON while you're filling? I just fill until the sound changes (announcing it is about to start spurting). Then wait 10 minutes or so, then turn on and click start. Also I rarely pre-warm before filling, but when I do, the unit is assembled to contain the heat.

    Iolite vaporiser

There is a learning curve, however i think it's a small curve. I think it is RIDICULOUS that people say you can vape anywhere without detection. While it does not smell like combusted material, it CERTAINLY stinks. I can't figure out why people have claimed that they vape in class, movie...

    Discontinued Vapir NO2

V4H you are really to be credited for bring some hard facts to the scene. I have a used NO2 and I am absolutely sorry I ever, ever took a drag on it. In your opinion, how likely is it that someone would NOT have an issue with this unit?

    Iolite vaporiser

I used to use the tubing. I opted to sort of modify my inhale. Puff - breathe - puff - breathe sort of thing. I'm not crazy about the length the tubing adds. Stealth is a priority for me.

Ah. I don't use the plastic tubing. Just the standard black mouthpiece.

Plastic taste with the iolite? Never had that. Also, there's zero plastic in the chamber assembly. It's all metal

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

I used humidity control Boveda packs once. The problem is they only go down to 65%, and that's still in the danger zone. In my opinion whai I do now (the mason jar under vacuum, with material that is below 60% moisture, in a cool dark place) is about optimal. The improvement that interests me...

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

Great stuff lwien! Thanks for taking the time to post that. Interesting about the tea, since boiling water never exceeds 100C and the low end of the vape temps is 185C (I think offhand). Regarding the quote above, Oxygen causes the primary deterioration of organic materials, which is why...

Flavoring your herbs using essential oils

HG, I like it! Peppermint is safe to ingest, and you're only talking a tiny teensy amount. Maybe 1/10 of a drop. More than that and you'll gag with pure peppermint. Crazy how strong it is...

Same here. One medium packed bowl will work for me... Might take 30 minutes to complete.

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

Hi Lo! That's too funny. I could not get my head wrapped around that. I called Foodsaver and sure enough, that adapter is used with standard Mason jar lids, just as you say. Thanks for the education, Lo!

Flavoring your herbs using essential oils

I have sometimes added a TINY bit of pure peppermint oil. Not even a drop. Just a tiny swipe with a toothpick that has a tiny amount of oil on it.

    Iolite vaporiser

I've had one can of Vector not engage properly also. And I don't use the red adaptors. I now go for small refills along the way rather than 1 big one. Less spattering on me while refilling. I also think the newer units are hotter. My first i-inhale had little vapor initially, but then seemed to...

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

PLease please please consider this cheap and very effective vacuum system: http://www.pump-n-seal.com/ Obviously this has been around for decades and I have no affiliation. It's cheaper than the $10 a lid of that vac-saver since you can convert any lid into a vacuum lid with a pin hole and...

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

I will again suggest that anyone storing larger amounts for a longer time look at that cheap vacuum pump. Mason jars are rediculously cheap. The pump is under $30. Extremely good results. Keeps things very fresh for very long. If you want a decorative storage jar, that's fine. I store a few...

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

He's referring to the mason jars and vacuum pump. I have a 2 year old jar still going strong. Given the fact that absolutely air-tight mason jars come in all sizes and the vacuum pump costs $29, why would anyone use anything else? Herb won't las nearly as long if it's in contact with a lot of...

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

All of these glass containers are great. Airtight is great. The vacuum is what allows the long term storage. No O2

can someone recommend some good stash jars?

I have been super pleased with this method. The jars are dirt cheap and last forever. Heck you can use a tomato sauce jar, jelly jar, etc if you like. The vacuum pump was like $25 or such, and is really a high performance low-tech solution. So this was all sooo cheap but the vacuum is really...
