Reclaim can be hard to get out of nooks and/or crannys. I recently tried to clean out my dynacoil in order to get a fresh start. I rinsed it out after an iso soak for several hours. Still had reclaim and was still producing vapor. I ended up dropping it in some boiling water for 5 min and...

I'm not even going to doctor this one up. Just let your imagination run away with you. Just jam it.

I have tried to make a habit of always putting the vapcap on a magnet holder after hitting it, then waiting for the cool down click. The times I combust is when I'm just holding it :p and forget the click before heating... 'cause I'm high :goat:

I have been loving my Caldron. I did notice that the power adapter is just a common unit made in China. In doing some basic research I found several available, such as this model on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015G8E1Q4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It...

Interesting. I use a RWW robusto that has a carb hole. I thought I would prefer the hole, but now tend to keep it covered. I'll open it at the very end of a hit, but it's really no different in my mind than just drawing in a little more air before exhaling. I think my preference changed when...

Post-Processing Rosin - Your wish, after the squish

Lately I have not been trying to force my rosin to turn consistency. I've been happy with the pull and snap that I've made the last several presses. I have tried whipping up rosin by warming it first, only to have it return to the same consistency when cooled. I have not tried leaving it out...

You're gonna do that while driving? Interesting on the use of torx fittings with the Dynatec.

    What's favorite session beverage?

Just tried a hot cup of grated ginger and honey. Hot is right. A little too spicy for my tastes.

Actually  I agree. During the video the guy showed the care put into designing the control board and I believe George would be stringent on the build quality. Like taking your sister to the junior prom.

Unless you are totally sold on the look of the Dynatec, it seems to me that the Caldron is a much better deal for a plug in IH. At best the Dynatec might work as good as the Caldron, but it seems to be twice the size and almost twice the price. And after watching the recent video, I stand...

Lucid's website shows the Apollo 2 in both wall unit and portable models. Hard to tell from the picture. There is a cord coming off it, but could be a charger cord too. I remember from one of George's interviews with the owner of Lucid, the guy talked about not being satisified with current...

Meh. Especially if it's a corded model. I love the build quality of my Caldron over a plastic enclosure with a big sticker on top. I'll wait for a next-generation portable model. ... and it won't have a big sticker on top.

I stopped using my Dynacoil as I wasn't getting the flavor that I was when just using organic cotton. The DC would have residue from the last session and that would spoil the taste of the next load unless I cleaned it after every session. Plus if you wanted to switch over to flower, now you...

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

Thanks very much for the details @TommyDee. I have to go through it slowly as this info doesn't sink in easily. I hope to piece one together soon.

VapCap Induction Heater for Desktop and in Car Use

The Caldron is one of the best purchases I have made in Cannabisland. As someone else said recently, if not for the IH I doubt I would still be using my vapcap. Together they are a match made in heaven. I could really use a portable model also, but will save up and wait for the next level of...

I also wanted to give a plug to DDave for his DV replacement screens. I had been using the CCD that came with my new SS tip. When attached to a glass stem you could see all the bits of herb that lined the walls along with the reclaim. I replaced the CCD with one of Dave's SS screens. After a...
