    Best vaporizer for around $150

May i suggest the DBV in the classifieds as a suitable option? :)

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

I'm not Vito, but if i may offer my opinion, the LSV is a more versatile unit since you can apply a whip if you'd like, use it dry with the wand and with water pieces as well. The SSV seems to be sturdier and less prone to acidents and overall more resistant to time. You also missed the part...

What does it say when the company employees who are supposed to sort your doubts and help you, know less than you about the unit they are selling?! That is not customer service, that's company disservice. :D I think you should send it back, could be something else wrong with your DV. But, i...

Try emailing them and asking for the discount. Don't you have any acessorie you like? Maybe they will more easily offer you the discount if you get something more, i don't know. :)

Check www.paradox.co.uk, or www.vaposhop.com, or verdampftnochmal.de, or lacentralevapeur.com. All 4 of them are in europe. And next time try to make a post that we can understand/is on topic/in the right thread.

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

Honestly, forget about any kind of list like that one. First because you don't know who wrote, which variables were taken into account and if they had an interest in putting some vape first. The SSV is totally different from the Cera. When you are buying a jeep, you don't compare it to a truck...

Wrong, that is subjective to your opinion regarding the use of a gong heater cover or the non-gong HC in the SSV. Plus, the SSV has a tilted shape to prevent the herbs from falling into the element, although that only happened to me once because i coughed into the whip. The SSV also...

He lied to you.. I don't even understand how he told you that. I'm not sure right now how high it went but at least 410F, and i believe it went until 430F. I never went over 400F though..

Come on man, have you read ANYTHING?? The DBV is a whip vape, as is the SSV and it is an anterior model to the DBV. The LSV can be used with a whip but it is more inclined to be used with a bong or with a glass wand used dry.

regulated vs unregulated power supplies for "log vapes"

Thanks OTA, do you think hazy's PSU would work at 2,8A then? In the bottom of my solo it says 9V for heating and 12V for charging, so i'm confident it would work at 9V. You don't notice different in temps using it half a volt down? I still haven't received mine, getting jumpy, i want to try...

    Vape Decision

For conserving bud you should try and choose vaporizers that use small bowls and have efficient extractions. For plug-in vaporizers a good example are the log vaporizers. For portables look for the Solo and the INH. Any of them will have good taste as well.

    Need suggestions for a portable

I think you get the closest to what you want if you get a Cera or a INH XP, although they could be smaller. The Cera should have better taste and the XP better battery. But you will still have to do trade offs and choose which you rather sacrifice. :2c: The ability to one-hit is better...

regulated vs unregulated power supplies for "log vapes"

Still waiting for my PSU! I problably should get started on getting the cable, just need to go to an electric store and ask for a dc cable with 2.1mm conector and a jack on the other, is that right guys? Or did you got yours on ebay or smth? :hmm: Considering this has 9V and 12V do you think...

I own a 220V unit but on the bottom it said 120VAC 60 Hz 25W. I would ask 7thfloor for a more acurate number or if its compatible.

    Da Buddha

There is nothing on amperage there, it is drawing 25W. The Solo draws 45W, 5Ax9V.
