@StonedPerk I first heard of it when I saw it in the video I posted a few days ago. I picked some up at the health food store just to try.

The chick at the health food store explained that coconut and palm oils both have MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides), but MCT oil is a more concentrated form of them. The big benefit I can think of is very rapid absorption. But I've not made it yet - maybe this weekend bit of fun :)

I have a glass jar on my desk with an inch of high test Everclear in it that everything gets cleaned in. I also dropped a blob of hash in it a few weeks back. Anyways, it's much closer to black then any other colour... but a spoonful goes great in hot chocolate!
