Did your unit have the square tips.brochure on how to.pack,grind,etc.? Test the coil by separating unit....in the center.where.it.latches .....look in there for the safety button.... press it down then fire up unit at same time this will let you see for sure if coil not firing.... Try and report...

@dood44 Not yet but easy to do....remove.two screws on side that is near outer edge(their across from each other)....once done front cover will come off and battery is.right there.....just disconnect plug and reinstall new battery....put back together and you are ready to go....be careful with...

Wow! I ve been lazy lately and jjust cleaning my air path filter.s.and pods and bypassing the silicone.....well today I did everything and what a difference it makes.....hits and tastes better ...so make sure and clean that silicone too!!!! P.s. Haze's cleaning powder is the bomb ......five...

Let me tell You guys a story....about Haze CS .....so I wasn't firing and coils were melting.....reached out to Haze.....they Sent me a video on what to look for and how to fix ....now I have no need to send in and I am getting ripped as I speak.. side note.....tried my other v apes yesterday...

Don't worry first.four trips.were due.to bad pcb board on a phase.one unit....got that replaced...been solid till this ...may be piece.of.coil that is broken off....Will let you guys know what I find out... Edit: she's going to the mothership.....:(.....

Today is a sad day.... Two days ago stopped firing and when I checked coil it was melted with a ball on end and a third of normal size... I put In a new coil...and same thing happened today....stopped.firing and checked coil and it was melted and only a.quarter of its normal length....also...

What I do is.... take a.couple of hits get good.....then put down and come.back....if.you do a.session you should get three to.four pods running at 380 and up....lower temps are.great.for flavor hits....
