Well it looks as if the fears are true.....Haze is possibly no longer in business.....Facebook page is gone and website.down....even my personal contacts arent responding.....ugh .........

I noticed yesterday when trying to placec order in shop was down ...wouldn't take payment.....I'm thinking some staff are off from before Christmas till tomorrow.....maybe they took everything down to get.fixed hopefully soon....if I hear anything I will let.everyone know......

I don't necessarily agree.with video....I have had both good and bad experiences with the Square.....but my two current units are Beasts with no problems.....I believe the Square is for some but not others....for the results I get the "too many parts" isn't a factor to me.....I am not gonna lie...

Make sure and clean out vent on side of unit....both of mine were partially clogged and after using included brush both are pulling much better.....be careful ......if dirty and you clean vent..... SLOW pull on first pull as more air coming thru vent ....hope it.helps....stay Hazy!

Been staying at 385 lately....seems to heat quick.....still get flavor and good amount of hits.....

Have you tried a new coil ? That's what I would check but I myself have found yes batteries drain quicker with temps over 400 and seem to not have the.same.punch as a new one when I got my second.one recentlyrecently it.fires better,longer,harder with no.issue.the one I got three weeks before is...

that's the problem...not sure of size........sorry Be careful not to overtighten.....you'll be able to tell if when put together and you try.to latch it's really tight.....don't force it...just loosen screw a little.......it can break....then it's a trip to Haze Hqtrs....

No you don't need any hacks...check a few.things .....one did you do.a.deep.clean lately???if so look at.seal.corners and all the way around makes sure it is.pushed in evenly.all the way around....next check the latch on the.lid and make sure it's not loose.....does get.loose over time.creating...

Did you make sure coil was firing? High heats can burn up coil quick...

Well looks as if they couldn't fix my unit...got a brand new one today....so with the back up I got when this went into shop.....I've got two full units and three extra sides that I can just slap on when needed.....being a heavy user....it actually is working good for me....never have to wait on...

One thing I do is if on first.pull if I don't get any vapor....I will puffit a couple of times like a pipe and heat soak pod (while I'm holding button and its green)....thereby guaranteeing a.nice cloud next hit.....

That's what I get at 350-365 , and yes if you can't hear your draw something is wrong with pack,grind,etc.

As gino said coil s, battery,and depending on your usage an extra side which would.give.you an extra.four.bowls ...I use throughout day and being able.to have more bowls...makes it much easier....hope it helps.....

I just got a back up at beginning of.month and kicking myself .....but my unit is.still in shop and the new one was needed.three weeks ago when I Sent in other for repair...but in answer to your question I have had a phase 1,3,and post presale...the one I just.got is.been a no problem...
