They should both be able to handle the warranty so it doesn't hurt to try both and pick the one that answers first. The spring is in the hole that the mouthpiece goes into, it's tricky to get out but you just pull it. If you look back a few pages there are pics that show how to get it out with...

It can also be cure dependent, if you notice that it's hot in the very first few hits it's probably excess water vapor boiling off. It might also hiss at you. But you should notice it soon mellows out and becomes very smooth.

I like the look of this vape but I'm pretty sure I remember people saying the T1 had terrible battery life, like 1-2 bowls per set of batteries. The Cera could have 5x the battery capacity and still only do 5 bowls a charge... meaning it would have to be priced to compete with the Pax and Inh?

I upgraded it to a better one, but total runtime is down to about 60-70 minutes, when I first put the new one in I got 80min. I'm thinking Ploom specifically picked a battery that keeps it capacity in high heat environments...

I'm dreading the day this happens to me because I changed my battery (opened the Pax) and I'm sure if I send it in Ploom will refuse or want me to pay a lot to fix it...

Is your problem just that it goes to the temp color or that it's not heating when it's purple? If it does heat when purple and just keeps going to the temp light you could try pulling the spring out or cleaning with dental picks. But if it's purple and cold you need a new one.

Forgive me if this has been asked but, if it has a ceramic body, will it break or crack if you drop it?
