Oh no @Bad Dog it sounds exactly like a low battery, although you shouldn't have any flashing lights in session mode! The bottom led lights solidly straight away after a flash of green, then the top led lights solidly when up to temp. I doubt that this is your problem though unfortunately. 😓

That's really unlucky @stark1 Yeah, there are a few of us that use the upline tasters sometimes. They're a nice option.

Start with the shorty adapter, give it a good heat soak at least 10 mins, then I'd go for a bent wand, with a mouthpiece. Then load a screen and have a toot!

I think this observation from earlier in the thread is a bit misleading, IME anyway. My unit functions just like it did on day 1 and I am able to spin the glass tube without much force. I definitely have a solid, air tight, seal at the top though.
