Tar in lungs is always bad. Just the weed smoke doesn't have some carcinogens that cig smoke has. Also cannabinoids prevent lungs from cancer somehow.

Dry them. Lol, just vape them, they will be dry after few hits. You will just use some vape power to dry it instead of vaping. Or you can dry it before somehow.
