Well imho the paper can protect the battery against shorting, but not as much as the labels. But if it come off right away after the labels were removed, you can't do anything. I wouldn't glue it back, than can be some hazard.

No, the paper really doesn't have any effect on combustion. It doesn't have ANY effect. Only aesthetic.

I think this also varies greatly with herb quality. With some good ones, I can vape .25g a day. With some schwag, I need .4 for a single vape session.

Too much O2 is as bad as too little. Vapor has as much oxygen as air. If it is for oxygen deprivation - that is by long holding (of anything).

More like it's disconnected. Short is worse - makes lots of nasty plastic smoke immediately (as my notebook adapter did recently :/ ) Also long time ago my crapir oxygen battery source shorted itself. Also - lots of nasty smoke. Has killed all 10 batteries in there.
