@Diggy Smalls You would really have to try to break the Ti tip on the vapcap. It's stronger than steel yet slightly heavier than aluminium.

Generally a high THC content means the bud was grown well but then again not all strains have high THC content. I'd rather have a well balanced strain than something with an overwhelming amount of THC on its own like Sour D.

You would have to get the cap glowing orange-yellow hot to start producing anything harmful. When metal gets hot enough to off gas you'll be able to see it fuming. I know because I'm a blacksmith and certified to fit masks for welders.

This is what I do as well. IME, it does get you higher, really allowing you to get the most out of your vapour.

An ISO bath followed by some warm soapy water. I use an old tooth brush w/ ISO to clean my dirty grinders. It works perfectly.

I would look for a two piece from any good brand. It'll be slim enough to fit in a pocket without being too thick. I don't think you could lose by picking a Space case.

I have some deer horn that I could try using. The only issue is finding the right piece since the outside layer is thin on deer horn. I use it for knife handles usually. PS: Anyone know if Dynavap will email me when my order has shipped?
