I'm excited but am confused. I just crossed over a post stating that no one gets it. What's the deal? Is it unsafe because its metal?

Not many have them because of the cost. There is many cheaper options that work really well. Having said that you bought yourself a really good safe vaporizer. I hope you enjoy it. I love mine.
