Oh @stark1 - still not. This year I am working with the 'medicine sticks' and they are only about 4" long. My wife 'cures' them and they 'cure' her.

You got an XL condenser? Put that in the '20 and hit that hard as you are doing. It'll be thicker even with the '20 SS tip. Not omni like but adding the express hard draw -will- make a difference. You might be able to relax that HARD draw by 15-20% ...and if nothing else, it keeps the tip's...

Thank you. Indeed I took this a bit further and I fully appreciate the balancing of the circuit. That is why I stuck with near original length and gauge [12awg]. The over-wind was more a freebie to add the additional length and therefore the efficiency, although correct, is a tuning shortcut...

The more I read through this thread the more I realize what I've missed being a late adopter to vaping. @Pipes - what conclusion did you come to with regard to this approach to coil management... the over-wind I mean?

@GoldenBud - your buddy is correct if you do this; XL condenser in a standard stem. This forces air through the cooling fin region. If you mate it with a Ti tip instead of a stainless tip, the air port would not function as well because it will act like an Omni set at half or so. Lego-Vapes

I have no doubt an Omni would be an improvement. I got the SS tips whistling... no problem breathing anymore. Even the '19 with the reversed SS CCD is kicking good clouds. I am perfectly content with either of these. It is the '20 in particular that things went the wrong way for my tastes...
