@farscaper @jl420 I did a run yesterday. 11g of some super purple Sour Diesel. In the tube I had 5 pipe screens to catch the big stuff and keep the fine screen clear. Then clamped to the outside I'm using two 25 micron screens. I'm wondering if a coffee filter BETWEEN the 2 micron screens...

I bought a $30 IR laser thermometer to help with my dabbing and I found the laser to miss the mark as well. I think the cheaper ones do not have an adjustment for emissivity. If I put the laser above or in front of the dish, it would read the nail. I had better luck with the Thermocouple...

I have definately gotten an invalid tracking number. I believe they do that to game the DhGate buyer protection system that promises speedy delivery. I called them out on it once and my tracking number mysteriously changed...and worked.

i use both every day. I use the Errlectric at home and mostly the W9 gear out and about. Except the Bender and Nibbler xL, they both are home use. The Core lives in me car in case of battery issues. My omicron is also in the travel kit as a back up. I was never a Scout but I'm always prepared!

I think the fuzzy logic feature could be best used to prevent the coil from glowing red. Yet still maintaining temperature. Thus increasing coil longevity. My Errlectric enail never glows red. They claim to be something different than standard PID. They call it "soft heat" technology.

You can't separate the two chambers? Or are you trying to unscrew the bottom cap? A bit of heat should be enough to soften any oil in the threads. Maybe use an oil slick pad to help grip. If you have some tools, you might try to use pliers to hold each side. If you do use tools, use...

I am using several pipe screens to keep the big stuff out of the micron. I'm using 25 also. I have run from my tube directly through a 10 micron screen folded like a bowl for further filtration. But it must be kept cold as it does not flow freely.
