With the grind I use, my Pax takes at least about .4 grams when full. If I use my pusher and load it and pack it in stages, I probably can get .5 in there.

I don't hate them, and I'm still pretty excited for my Grasshopper, I just wish they would be more open about their process.

I wouldn't be happy about it, but if it were the only way to get my unit I'd do it, since the money is mostly worthless to me anyway. I really desire a one-hitter type vaporizer, and this is the only one that I feel like would adequately fill that role for me...

Of course at this point I'm not terribly concerned. I see nothing to indicate anything other than possibly further delayed shipping times, it seems like they have the design of the device figured out, they just have to wait until it all comes together, so it's not a huge concern to me at that...

I don't consider it that way. They sent out the pre-production model as not just -a- example, but the ONLY example of their product. If it doesn't perform to that level, I will feel deceived and cheated, because that model was a huge deciding factor in my decision. Not to mention that people...

Granted it does happen, cause I hear about companies ripping people off with sub-par products all the time But. I'm thinking it won't happen. I hope the Grasshopper guys at least realize that if they don't deliver the product they've been promising that they'll pretty much be ruined in the...

I'm glad I've still got a while on my 180 day money back option from Paypal...if we don't see any shipped units by the time it's getting close, I'm pretty likely to cancel my pre-order.

I agree it's vague, but if we choose to believe that they're not deliberately lying, which I don't want to believe, it's as enlightening as anything else. Might as well believe that nothing has changed until we have an actual reason to believe so...

I asked him a similar question, and I got the same reply basically, and it was after the supposed heater issues had come up.

So, what I'm wondering is...Even if they didn't fix their supply problem with the heaters, there was still the 30 a week deal, right? And it's been, like...what, a month? So shouldn't they have at least 80 or 90 heaters to start construction with?

I ended up buying one off Etsy. It's not as thick, so I don't know how it does on smell, as I don't have much of a sense of smell at all. It has a flap that buttons closed though, and it's sized so you can still use the vape while it's in it. Edit: Plus, custom colors, which is awesome.

I got the Pax case free with my Pax 1 and I hated it...it was rough, and taking the Pax in and out of it was rubbing away the paint on the ends.

They still look exactly the same size to me...

I believe I read somewhere that it is lighter as well, but I couldn't speak as to where I think I heard it. I think at worst they'll be the same size and probably close enough in weight that you can't tell without measuring them. Even if it was a little heavier, it's still one of the lightest...

I don't think the size has changed, I think that was just an illusion brought on by one of the pieces not being entirely screwed together...

I'm also wondering when we'll see some color Ti's. I hope they haven't been delayed or anything, though you'd think that'd be a big enough deal to have them say something about it...

I kind of wish they had a lanyard attachment too, really. I'm kind of glad the chargers are so unique, instead of just being a generic micro-usb or something. I don't have to worry about someone accidentally (or not accidentally...) walking off with my cord thinking they can use it.
