Well, I could be wrong, but the heaters at least I believe they have only been getting for something like a month, and if that's true, then it gives a pretty good indication. Going from 6 heaters a batch to 300 a batch in a month's time is a significant improvement, though who knows how many...

That sounds promising. If it's ramped up that much over a month or so it doesn't seem like it should take much longer to get things rolling pretty well. At least to me, but I have no experience with manufacturing or anything of that nature. This may be the most clear information I've seen them...

I don't know much about 3d printing, is the process such that, after making enough the manufacturer would get better and faster at producing the heaters, or once they have the schematics for the design it's pretty much automated?

That's what I was afraid of...I know you'd either have to incorporate, or somehow replace the metal part of the mouthpiece, which would definitely be a pain, I'm sure...
