Check the moisture, dry out a few stems a bit more and see if it makes any difference. I really dry stuff out (maybe too much) and it vapes differently then moister bud.

For me it runs OK for two people but it gets a bit much for three or more. However some folks who load and pack differently have different results, its just not my choice of vapes for groups.
