Contact the manufactures customer support they are the experts and sometimes manufactures will work with you on replacements. Beyond that check it for shorts and opens, if those actions don't ring a bell hunt up a small appliance repair shop and they should be able to check it out real quick...

Silicon sealer works well as an adhesive on glass and other silicone substances. Just a thin film where you want the piece to stay and pull the collar down over the sealer, wipe off the excess and let cure. Good Luck

Sometimes some pieces of silicon tubing comes in handy depending on what pieces of glass you are using. Now is also a good time to think about what you want to use when cleaning the glass, the shipping containers the glass pieces ship in will work (with ISO) but at some point they will fail...

I believe its an 1/8" gap that is supposed to be between the tip of the heater and the glass, which if memory serves is a factory recommendation.

I took the bottom off mine and found that the alignment was dependent on where the wiring was pulling or pushing the heater rod, so no real alignment brackets. I don't this for sure but opening the unit may void your warranty.

You might look at cigar lighters then, my cheap China torch model lets me use my index finger which is in better shape then my thumb.

Take a look at candle lighters or BBQ lighters. It will at least let you use a different digit.

I just got a used Da Buddha (minus most of its glass) redressed it with some LSV parts and now its the fun vape, love 18.8mm glass for that. However my everyday vape is still the Nano. What gets used in them is still mostly white widow, because it produces a reasonable harvest that is easy to grow.

Its there lots of third party glass out there? Where is it from and how does it access the market place? Also thanks for the Da Buddha, it just did the thing. :)

I mix LSV and Da Buddha glass heater covers and its seems to work. What I don't know is if you will need or want to adjust the height of the heater rod, if so its simple to do 7th Floor even did a video. Good Luck
