The cloud sure makes this fun. :) Those are beautiful. I use my cloud in complete darkness at night. The led lights up the entire HT. I would like to see that with your setup!

I've mentioned that my cloud has failed to heat on numerous occasions. Its usually when it's been sitting in the cold. If I warm it up a little it starts heating. Cycling power can also help. In fact mine just did it again. Just red and green flashing but no ticking or heat.

I went for a few days where my "supply" ran very low. The cloud was able to make what I had last until I was able to reup. It's extremely efficient if you need it to be. :)

I get the feeling a lot of clouds are getting returned when nothing is wrong with them. Things like "I'm not getting the anticipated vapor production at a particular heat setting". There are a lot of variables that can come into play. Ambient temp, ambient humidity, product moisture level and...

Cold mornings are annoying. I have to set my cloud in front of a space heater to warm it up enough where it will start heating. Lol

Mine doesn't need any additional warming. When it's green it's go time. But like with anything people develop their own techniques. I'm sure you'll develop your own unique pattern of usage as well.

So if my cloud is to cold it won't start heating. I turn it on and the light goes 4 times red 2 times green then repeats but never heats. It has to be below 50* for this to happen so not exactly freezing. If I bring the cloud inside and allow it to warm up it starts fine. Now sometimes it...

Mine didn't require a burn off. Turn it to noon. Wait 10 minutes. And bam! Satisfaction. :)

A little something I picked up. Now I can rock the ice without worrying of drowning my cloud. It works good. :)

My order # was 304 but I got unit # 49. I'm betting I got the 49th unit shipped. Even blazing hot my cloud cools to ambient temp in under an hour.

I'm not one to worry about things I have no control over. It works and I am happy. If it quits working at some point I'll deal with it then. I don't sit around anticipating that moment. :)
