When I was advised to try this I "remember" the idea was to have as large as a gap as possible between the basket screen and CU screen. I wish I could remember who advised this, I did a search but I still can't find the post. I tried a bowl first with the concave side of the screen facing the CU...

I don't remember who recommended a basket screen between the cooling unit and flower but I've been playing around with it today and I'm liking it so far. I have the screen lip against the CU convex towards the heater. The screen gets dirty quicker but the CU stays spotless which is nice. I've...

    The ELEV8R from Elev8 Vehicles

You'll have to let me know how they work out. Shipping to Canada isn't bad at all. I'm going to order up some ruby from gemsngems as soon as they get back to me. I'm still debating on trying the SiC balls. I took a 48 hour t-break which ended last night when I needed to medicate dearly. Started...

    Herb Grinders

I use to keep one in my car many years ago and someone would have to jump out in a parking lot or wherever we were to borrow some power :ninja:. I also remember it being just caked in Kief. It died and we opened it up to find a bunch inside as well. Death by kief! @RustyOldNail Yeah he cracks...

Nothing I can think of. You didn't open it up for some reason did you? Well that sounds interesting, please keep me informed!

I can't say I've noticed any increase other than when I don't clean my CU. It would be gradual though so I'd need another brand new unit to compare. As soon as the maker offers a different wood species I'll report back 😁.

I'll have to try lower temps exclusively the next time my tolerance is climbing. I do find I go through less material at least since it takes that many more puffs. It's a great dog walking vape for sure. I tend to just keep loading dosing caps if I take my Mighty and then it's more the dogs...

    Herb Grinders

@420vapezone did a good comparison video of grinders. Although the BCG is his favorite the results from the cheaper grinders is still good.

The Ripper - Stainless Steel Grinder

You must have both versions of the XL in hand right? The new XL plate (hybrid plate) must be more course than the original XL medium plate then because the original plate was more of a medium/fine plate to begin with as opposed to the BCG medium as a frame of reference. There was supposed to be...

    The ELEV8R from Elev8 Vehicles

That doesn't sound good, at least you found it now though. I would think with the new balls that it will get just as hot and liquify some more which would be a good time to remove it but you would need to keep the temperature up while still accessing the inside of the heater. Maybe a Dremel on...

When my unit first arrived I was playing around with large loads just to see what this vape could handle. I went as high as 0.55g iirc in the long stem and although it can be done the experience is better for me by never packing deeper than the stem is wide on recommendation of members here. I...

    Discontinued RBT Milaana 1, 2, 3

I imagine my Mi2 performs similar to a low heat Mi3 and my Mi3 is definitely a high heat. The Mi3 has more draw restriction them the Mi2. Is one better than the other though? Absolutely not, they're both unique. I like the high heat version because you can always modulate the button for less...

    The ELEV8R from Elev8 Vehicles

My Auber RDK-300 and 15.6 mm could arrived Monday afternoon. My dominant hand is injured so adjusting the coil was a bit of a task but I eventually got it. I had some needle nose pliers and vice grips (wrapped in tape) and also a wooden door stop to pry the coils apart. After a couple heatups to...

    Discontinued RBT Splinter (All Versions)

I love my Splinter Z, it's a great device and it feels wrong that RBT is closing up shop. I'll be an RBT customer for life.

    The ELEV8R from Elev8 Vehicles

I did know about the stretching, I was going to double check if there was a right or wrong way so I don't mess anything up. I'm trying to order some 3mm SiC balls to stuff in the heater as well, just waiting for a reply from an Alibaba seller. I'd go the boro/quartz route but I haven't found a...

    The ELEV8R from Elev8 Vehicles

I finally bit the bullet and ordered an Auber RDK-300 and 15.6mm coil! I cannot wait to have accurate temp control with the Elev8r ala a glass flowerpot. I haven't even received my order and I'm already impressed with Auberins, they upgraded my shipping so I'll have it Monday! I'm in Canada too...

    Volcano Hybrid

A full clean and a new bag of bud should set you right. That inside piece can get pretty nasty pretty quick, at least it does for me. Makes sense with the amount of vapour that passes by it.

@RastaBuddhaTao will be able to tell you. It's medical grade epoxy or something like that.
