Just make sure you read what everyone else has said in this thread relating to smell. As far as I can tell people have been soaking the rubber tubing, not 'burning-in' the unit. So please read the thread or do a search before you 'burn-in' on the new unit!

Garrett, the 40 mins warm up is for the unit itself. This design, along with most other log vapes, is meant to be left on all day so it is ready to hit when you are. Edit: Guess I was typing while Alan was there :)

These days to block I just use a small piece of paper rolled into a cone and folded over at the fat end. Works great and wont break the glass like the stirring tool did to me.

@aab1 Have you got much ABV? If you do then the best bet is to get what you can from it, ie. make cannabutter for edibles or QWISO and 'top-up' with those to get you a stronger effect when vaping your boogness.

Forgive the ignorance here, but wont you get a really small return from weak herb as it's got less active ingredients? Also, don't you need a reasonable quantity to make BHO?
