Might I suggest , a thin layer of silicone sealer on the contact surfaces of the stem and the collar after a good cleaning may be enough to secure them together. Just remember to clean off all the excess and let it cure.

Where does macro, normal and micro doses start and end. Is it based on an individuals usual consumption pattern or is there a set of weight limits?
