  1. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

You've either got really sensitive lips or there may be something wrong with your hopper. I've got a stainless steel now which gets hotter than the titanium, or at least retains heat longer, and I can easily do a full bowl native without it getting too hot to put on my lips.
  2. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

That's the thing though - amount of use doesn't seem to have anything to do with failiure. Some units fail after a week of light use and some have been used for a year + of hardcore waterpipe usage with no issues.
  3. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I'd bet my grasshopper their failure rate is at least 10%.
  4. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Unless it's shaped like a pen and can do this with bubble hash/any other kind of concentrate you throw at it I don't think the Hopper will be going anywhere any time soon. Especially if they actually fix the reliability issues like they say they're going to. I'm going to guess the Arizer Go...
  5. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I know you guys won't believe it but not even one charger shipped yesterday like they were supposed to . Hopper Labs doesn't have them or have any idea when they will. I think they need a Guinness World Record for amount of product release/shipping deadlines missed by a real company.
  6. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Venus Apollo

In my experience Ville isn't very responsive. Really the only reason I don't own the updated Apollo unfortunately. It's a very cool vape though I think you'll enjoy it.
  7. Cheesequake

    Arizer ArGo

Full convection? Little to no draw restriction? Both would be MAJOR improvements.
  8. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Pretty aveage luck when it comes to the hopper it seems. You're just extra lucky.
  9. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

No, that their product is very unreliable and as far as anyone can tell they haven't done much if anything to improve that problem. Still people over a year after releease having multiple warranty claims within a few months is kind of insane.
  10. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I had all kinds of problems with my hoppers but I miss it so much I bought a used one from another member. Really excited to have one again, just hope it lasts a while this time. Haven't found another vape since that milks up glass nearly as much.

    Multi-brand Vivant Alternate

    Bummer.
  12. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Splinter by RBT

I'm so excited and I just can't hide it.

    Boundless Tera

Buy a Milaana and look no further ;)
  14. Cheesequake

    Grasshopper

    Got one.
  15. Cheesequake

Discontinued The RBT Milaana (unregulated single 18650)

I keep my material really far from the heater and start pulling faster as soon as I see the vapor starting to form. When the Milaana is cold I'll do a 3 or 4 second pre heat and start pulling slow. After it's warmed up you won't need much preheat.
  16. Cheesequake

Discontinued The RBT Milaana (unregulated single 18650)

I've been using my Milaana through water more than ever lately and it's fantastic. It takes a little bit to get the hang of but once you do it works really nicely. I can pull massive clouds now with zero charring and the flavor is amazing. When I first started using a waterpipe with it I charred...

    Fog by X-Vape

The screenshot I posted from the video was the first rip of a freshly packed bowl. There was nothing to clear from a previous hit because there was no previous hit.
  18. Cheesequake

    Boundless CFV

Weird, my CFV had little to no smell when I got it then definitely none after a few bowls. And my nose is extremely sensitive.
  19. Cheesequake

    Discontinued The Venus Apollo

It seems this doesn't include the cooling unit or new herb chamber.

    Fog by X-Vape

Here's the screenshot from the video. A fully convection vaporizer like the Milaana or MistVape Touch wouldn't do this in the same scenario. I imagine the Fog is at best partially convection like the Crafty/mighty.
