Yes, liquids evaporate slowly even if not boiling. That's why you can get vapors at temps higher than melting point and lower than boiling point. But boiling point makes the vaporization rapid. More heat or less pressure -> faster vaporization.

What's the suprise there? Without screen mod i can vape 0.2 elbow pack or modded cyclone at 200 in 25 minutes (30-40 with heating). Screen mod reduces temp to 185 and time to 10-15 minutes (15-30 with heating).
