Well, folks... Mind officially blown by W9 customer service. I won't go into details but let's just say they went above and beyond what I would consider above and beyond. My Herc/Persei will be back in action soon. Unfortunately, thanks to USPS, my friends at W9 are the ones getting the shaft...

I'm a huge Vapman fan but my experience has been that the SR-71 is superior for taste on concentrates.

Good luck. They generally dole it out in bottles of 1 or 2 here as well. This time, the line was smaller so they gave everyone a 4 pack. Six cases gone in less than 15 minutes.

When I wake up in the middle of the night and additional assistance seems warranted, the VM is the obvious solution. No one is around to hear the torch or smell the butane and I can kill a load before my Crafty is in the mood.
