Hopefully it's cheaper for vapexhale to manufacture. Anything they can do to cut costs while improving the product is welcome.

I got lucky and got a very early hand built model that has proven reliable but I can only imagine spending $500, receiving a defective product and then being told there is no way to replace or repair it for the foreseeable future. Maybe three months but honestly it could be considerably longer...

I was wearing a full face modular helmet, motorcycle specific protective jacket and gloves. Aside from that it was jeans and hiking shoes. My upper body was only bruised and sore but not badly injured. Some road rash on my palms. Imagine what my face would be like if I was wearing a half helmet.
