I got my Omicron lite in the mail today....one of my KISS cartridges is a dud and the one that works has a messed up coil (it is all the way to one side of the cart). My blue light just blinks and the cartridge does not heat up. whats up with the QC?

I found some people say you cant put wax or shatter directly into the Hercules...is this true? I thought you could put a piece of shatter or wax right inside of the Hercules... Does the Hercules rip shatter and wax harder than the KISS 3.7?
