And it is my favorite way to hit the Anvil. Still need to add some balls to the base (just need to figure out size and marterial) to get a smidge more cooling. Also note that you will need an 14 mm Female to 18 mm Male adaptor. The one in the pic is so low profile it is easy to miss.

Honestly I try to have one of each for desktop and portable. So on the portable butane front I've got the Vapman and Anvil. For desktop it is Herborizer Ti and B2 Baller. Batterywise it is Tafee Bowle and FW7.

But if someone made an adapter... Though the greater heat involved with the Anvil would pose some design/compatibility challenges.

Wand and current IHs for Dynavap are not strong enough. But some Anvil changes are coming to make it more IH friendly. Still I'd guess that more powerful IHs are needed.

If pocketability and discreteness is a must I'd say the FW7. Feels soo great in the hand. So compact. But if not, I prefer my Bowle and Vapman over the FW7.

Next ATM question. It seems that the display will always be on whether on or off as long as it is plugged in. Or am I missing where this can be set. Not ideal for a bedside setting.

Wow. Just wanted to say that Anvil + Herborizer Sherlock + Grav Helix 14 mm female piece is a real real nice combo. Have never encountered a better pairing with this Helix gear.

None that I have encountered. That cooling of the heatsinks built into the stems is the most slept on great aspect of the Bowle. People get distracted by the cub, but for me it is the Bowle's superb combination of flavor, cooling and on demand capability is what makes it such a great one for...

Beauty. On a hunch due to the earlier restricted airflow I ordered a Grav Helix with the straight base. And oh my that is a lovely combo. Stacks so well in the bottom chamber. And needs very little water. Fun to watch the spiraling vapor too. Really lovely synergy there. Fave water pairing so...

I wouldn't say that is how I'd describe it. There is slower cool down due to its design, but heat isn't being consistently applied like the Mighty or other session devices. And it remains just as efficient, if not moreso than the quicker cooling Dynavaps.

I mean, I have a desktop trinity of Herborizer Ti (best flavor)… CH B2 Baller (hits hardest) and Collyland OAB (most beautiful and fabulous effortless airflow). Portable trinity? Vapman, Anvil and Bowle. Tho hurts to leave Dynavap and IH combo and FW7 out here.

Agree that there is a unique high signature to the Anvil. One that I'm quite enjoying. Will need to think further on the differences for me between Anvil, CH B2 Baller, DV, VapBong/OAB and Q/C/Taroma. Fun times. I will also say that the Anvil to me feels like a spot on the spectrum of torch...
