Yea we would always roll the wax paper over the edge of the counter to unstick it when I made hard candy with my mom as a kid. Found that technique worked on eerl a while ago :lol:

It's only for storage. And I've only had issues with very small amounts spreading out thinly and sticking to the sheet. The vast majority of it comes off fine.
