Oh yeah I think this was a difference with the ELB's compared to the old cloud, I seem to recall them being a bit loose in general where as my ones fit a bit tighter so I could get away with not putting them all the way in.

My suggestion would be to not put them on so tight to begin with? :)

If your concern is breaking glass, but you want the flavor of the evo, your safest bet imo is using the EVO with a good quality silicone whip. i definitely can get good sized clouds at 170, i just prefer the effects of 180-185, it feels more well rounded.
