Nice cool and sunny long weekend here. I enjoyed getting out for a couple shorter runs (relatively speaking) - 8 and 11 kms and taking in the autumn weather. I am not looking for the inevitable bundling up that will soon be necessary.

I also like to do loops or squares when I am running, so that I can adjust by making it a smaller or larger loop depending on how I am feeling. So far I've avoided being too far out when I run out of steam.
