Agreed, they are both loaded the same way, by "inhaling" the herb into the capsule or stem. I think P2GPTS is referring that it's easier to carry extra loaded stems while out, but IMO, it's just as easy to use one capsule and load as needed.

My estimated ship date still says September as well. Caroline informed me that she thinks I should receive mine before the end of this month. Really? I thought these were suppose to be realistic shipping estimates?

They should have sent you a shipping label so you don't have to pay either way. That's what I have done with every defective Crafty.

Out of the vapes you mentioned , the Crafty does produce the most thick, consistent vapor. I would reccomend finding a local retailer you can deal with that will exchange in case of warranty concerns so you do not need to deal with shipment costs and customs fees.

I probably use my Crafty about 4 times a day on average and charge about twice a day. Yes, I'm aware of their inconsistencies with their customers. Flashing red and orange lights of death.

My 3 rd Crafty is on it's way back to S&B for a replacement. This unit was firmware 2.07 and lasted less than 9 weeks. If this next unit lasts only a few months or less, I will be demanding a partial refund or a Mighty as a replacement. The failure rate on this unit is unacceptable, IMO.

Same here. I was considering sending an email, but I just know I will receive a reply that will advise my shipping confirmation email will be coming very soon. I think their definition of very soon is not the same as everyone else's

I am in the same boat with a September shipping date, but I was told by Caroline if I do not receive an address confirmation by the end of the month, I should receive it by early October.
