I had the same issue. I talked to CS and received an authorization number for a return. The techs replaced the faulty charging dock. Hope this helps.

6.73 (Cdn) for 500 mls. And yes, I'm an ISO soaker. I rinse off with hot water and let dry in a napkin. Sometimes the hot water activates a sticky micro film on the CU. (Just left over resin that the ISO didn't release.) I soak a second time and it usually does the trick.

How firm is your 200$ budget? This can make it easier to narrow your choices. Sounds like the Crafty is out.( Well over 300$ Canadian.) Also sounds like you need a strong unit able to hit hard for your ailments. If you can bump that budget number up 50 bucks or so, your options may increase...

I use it twice a day. 7 or 8 blasts per sesh. Lasts me a few weeks, maybe more. Can't really say for sure though. Just sayin.
