I have found it helps to twist off the mouthpiece in the same direction that the retaining ring is twisted on- this way it doesn't come off so much.

The most important advice is: don't grind your herbs too fine. Just one twist in the grinder is enough to break the herb up. You don't want to powder the herb as it can clog up the airflow holes and will stop the Storm from working properly. If you only gently grind your herbs, you won't get...
