It will but it's very tight. I'd recommend getting the glass for the Tempest Wand adapter and use that for the build. It might not be very convenient to keep the button pressed for 30-40s so a "timed" IH like the Wand is a better fit for these devices I think.

Yes, the titanium cools the best but it's not a huge difference. It also has locking grooves for the tip so it can't slip when you're unscrewing the cap.
