Anyone found any source to replace the Prophet 14mm mouthpiece with a similar quality one? Not looking for anything expensive or heady, just a like quality backup or two in case of breakage. I've found several options in 18mm but trying to avoid using adapters if I can. Thanks all.

I think you’d run the risk of breaking or damaging your glass stem trying to insert one of these clips into a glass stem. Definitely designed for using with wood stems, helps hold the metal bushing and the wood stem together.

That’s exactly what those are. Ed uses a similar retention clip in his wooden Solo2 stems.

The instructions that come in the package recommend two short firings of the kanthal coils until glowing to ensure that the spacing is right and even, and the coils are firing properly. You’re good to vape after that.
