You're right and I hadn't noticed that in the first place. There is a little gap with the one I have in orange, even with the black/grey one.

You should use a Windows PC, it's quite easy and fast. Also, you only need to do it one time and it takes 30s to install the firmware. You don't even need to install the tools, just have those in a folder/USB and it will work.

Quite frankly I never use the long stem. The short stem is fine. It is still a backup stem though.

It's still fine when using removable battery devices (vapes powered by 18650 cells, for instance). 😊

Well, I could tell the same for all my other vapes (including my TM). One year old and never had to disassemble them. 😅 This should be standard (especially for a device worth €250), and not sound like it's a miracle.

How much do you load the chamber with ? I usually load it with 0.1g or even less, and use the SS pad over. This way and using a medium grind, I always got nice results. You could try vaping between 350 and 375F, see if it works better. :)

I agree with that, but what I was just saying (and based on the information you gave here) : if the TM sold to 4000 units or so within a year, this is quite a large business especially for one person. As it's worth 1M € in sales. And when you mention there have been roughly 60 defective units...
