The 18 wooden mouthpiece fits natively 14mm fem waterpieces so you don't actually need an adapter

Not with the 18, only the 14 needs oring for glass stems

When I bought the V2 it came with wpa and both wooden and glass stems (no cooling stems). But it was double the current price. For 65€I highly doubt there would be more stems other than the wooden one. If you already have a basic V2 I'd probably buy a separate wooden stem and a long cooling...
