Authorized, but IMO not recommended. Rene suggested careful attack with a pen knife blade (mechanical removal), which works for me. Solvents seem like a simple solution, but they are solvents. Right now the junk is on the surface, solvent will dissolve some/most of it, but will also drive the...

Not to mention enjoying some of their Scotch. A polite neighbor adds water back so the level of liquid is the same, of course. OF

Good you're going the 'sustainable harvest' route. Over here we have a different process, we just wait until the neighbors go on vacation...... OF

Not to worry, nobody finds search here easy.....or in some cases even possible. Kudos to you for trying first. A few years back it was common to get 'I'm too busy to look for the answer, so someone just take their time to tell me......'. Pretty lame? Yes, lots of us used MFLB stems...

Excellent points. I agree, VM will give you both 'light, flavorful' vapor or big clouds as you wish. DV, OTOH, basically works only one way. It's working temperature having been preset by design. If that matches what you want, cool, but otherwise....... Don't get me wrong, I have a couple...

"@vtac returned"? That could/should be very good news. This means the new site is no longer necessary? As I understood it the move was needed because 'nobody had the keys to the castle'. Now that might not be necessary and we can preserved the history here? Since there is very little...

I too agree, the OP is way off base. I suspect everyone who actually owns one does as well? Not sure who our new found Member (this is his first and only post) is, but I think he's not impressing those 'hundreds' of us who made those 8000 almost exclusively supportive post in this thread...

Vleaf Go: on-demand convection herb vaporizer!

Yes, I find the same. Pretty much as expected? I've also discovered combustion is also possible with very small loads when the unit is inverted (like on a WT) and the heater has a lot of burnt herb accumulated. I think it was a bit of junk falling (or getting sucked) through the heater and...

Absolutely right both times. A long ways from the 'box vapes' we bought for $50 from Amazon.... http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/healthy-rips-fury.24408/ http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/paying-it-forward-a-new-direction.13802/ Edit: As the usual advice advises, the best way to 'get the...

Good choice, provided you're handy to get him up to speed. Another fine vape for this specific job worth considering is the F2. Our very own @Vitolo has introduced a truly impressive number of new users, often very challenged by disease and other restrictions. He finds it his 'ideal vape'...

Actually in traditional grading C is average, B is good, A is outstanding. There's a step between B+ and A-. So A+ is a 'baby step' better than A. D is poor, F is failure. There is no E, too much of a chance to confuse it for 'excellent'. So you've rated Solo II 'the very best...

No, I think "A+" is his opinion based rating, a 'grade'? Not a model. You get to decide about your particular unit? OF

Should be great, unless they're already varnished or otherwise finished. If so a light sanding with 400 (to say 600) grit sandpaper should fix that and let the oil soak into the wood. There it hardens (inside the wood cells) and bonds to the surface finish, the reason it's such a bang up...

Yup, that's the stuff. You want 'Boiled', raw takes forever to dry. Avoid fancy stuff with 'Japan driers', which as the name implies is useful, but many of the driers are toxic.....not what you want to be heating and sucking around? You can get small jars/cans at hardware stores. Or Sporting...

Agreed. All mission critical gear needs a backup. Just having an alternative at hand keeps the 'Murphy Monster' at bay usually. Reverting back to blazing is not a useful alternative...... OF
