Glass Vapes From The Rogue Wax Works

This. Would be good to see 14mm terpcicle vs 10mm vs this new version in one pic to understand the difference better. Throw a vaponic in there too for completeness

    Vaponic Herbal Vaporizer

Yep, the Mistvape idea seemed like an ideal solution, but the Mistvapes aren't sold anymore. Hence the search for getting Vaponic/Terpcicle/similar somehow working with an induction heater. Reading back, it looks like the Vaponic creator tried out the Mistvape in this thread, and was going to...

    Vaponic Herbal Vaporizer

Saw that, but the discussion around plywoods and adhesives for the box scared me off. It could be fine, but I don't want to take the chance

    Vaponic Herbal Vaporizer

Yeah, I'm surprised there hasn't been more traction on getting these various all-glass vapes working with induction heating. Seems like that would be "end game" for purity/cleanliness. Maybe worth starting a separate thread for targeting this kind of thing and getting it all in one place? I had...

    Vaponic Herbal Vaporizer

Any updates on getting this to work with an induction heater for all-glass, no-flame? A reddit user created a metal mesh piece to go around the Vaponic for an IH. I wonder if that would work better/worse than wrapping it with the metal ring out of the Ispire cups?

    Arizer Air MAX

That referring to isolating the battery/PCB from the heater/oven area. My post is referring to isolating the ceramic heater from the SS oven and vapor path.

    Arizer Air MAX

Exactly this. The ceramic heater is already attached via thermal putty and screw to the bottom of the SS oven - they could have sealed off the ceramic heater with a stainless steel "cup" or something similar so that it's contained. As it is currently, the holes in the SS oven allow open air...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Anyone know if they are still using the ceramic disk as part of the stainless steel heating element in the Fury Edge SE / Rogue SE? Pic is from the Fury 2, but I know they've also used one as far back as the Fierce (confirmed via a disassembly video). All of their marketing and spec sheet only...

    TinyMight / TM 2

Has anyone been able to do a disassembly of the TinyMight 2 yet (with pictures as proof) to actually confirm the new claim of an isolated airpath on the TM2? I know that the website states that it is, but I am a follower of the "trust, but verify" school of thought - especially so when the...

    Ultimate, all-glass, non-toxic, "healthy" vaporizer (2023?)

Agree with your take. Solid wood would have probably been fine and certainly preferred to plastics and aluminum. Plywood and glue however... a deal breaker in my opinion.

    Ultimate, all-glass, non-toxic, "healthy" vaporizer (2023?)

MFLB is on the list because there's zero worry about circuit boards, solder, adhesives, electrical wires, aluminum, paints, plastics, etc. The bowl is also a stainless steel mesh screen, so less SS contact area than solid stainless. Heating element is just the two stainless steel rods and...

Awesome. Hope you include a fully clear version as well - makes it much easier to see when things get dirty.

    Arizer Air MAX

Did a little more research and found pics from someone who disassembled their Solo 2 oven after using the device for a while. I believe Air Max uses nearly the same oven design. It appears the air holes in the oven allow in heated air from the ceramic heating element, thermal putty, wires, etc...

    Ultimate, all-glass, non-toxic, "healthy" vaporizer (2023?)

I would sacrifice the precise temp control if it meant the other areas (glass bowl + straw and 100% isolated air and vapor path) were satisfied. Below are the cleanest I've been able to find - feel free to add to the list or clarify Vaponic Pro: All-glass air and vapor path Con: Must use a...

    Arizer Air MAX

I totally get your take - it does seem mostly isolated. I just wish there wasn't the minor non-isolated air entry point of the charge port - with that, I don't think you can call it truly 100% isolated.

    Ispire Wand, enail&vaporizer

How well did the Vaponic with the metal band around it work? Did the plant burn at the edges or cook pretty even?
  17. W

    Ispire Wand, enail&vaporizer

Ah. Got it. Well since we know the Vaponic doesn't fit, then I do wonder if Arizer glass stems would fit as you had originally mentioned... Vaponic site says the outer diameter is 0.575". An online listing for a wood Arizer Solo stem says 0.5" outer diameter. So Arizer stem is indeed smaller...

    Ispire Wand, enail&vaporizer

Would the vaponic actually fit inside the bottomless flower cup? Unfortunately I don't know quite how big the opening is in the flower cup
  19. W

    Ispire Wand, enail&vaporizer

Right, you need metal - the flower cup attachment has metal inside it, it's just encased inside a layer of glass so that it doesn't interact with anything and only transfers heat. I just wonder how well the heat will transfer through the flower cup glass and the glass of the vaponic/terpcicle.

    BAKx - bake all kinds

Ah, I see the canals in the wood now. So it works like this? Except the glass oven is actually wrapped instead of just heat from below like in this drawing
