I too, expressed this 5 min auto shut down was something I needed to get used to. However, after using it exclusively for the first week I received, and multiple times a week thereafter, it has saved my bum a few times during mid session when something else catches my attention! Congratulations...

What stand is that and does it allow you to easily remove cap with still warm/hot? Looking for something like the debowler BCG used to carry, which allows for easier removal of the cap. Also, very beautiful piece!

I store mine disassembled. Never really thought about wear on parts. Loving it! Used exclusively for a week straight with different vapmans. Mine was fine from the offset, but did have the questionable packaging. Sounds like the guys have already addressed that though with their shipping...
