I'd bet it's more of a language barrier rather than attitude problems. Yingmin does seem to have better communication. Either way you can't go wrong.

The biggest thing is the whip from the ssv vs. The all glass from the nano. I primarily use water and I think the nano is one of the best and easiest plug-ins to use with a bubbler. (Too many @Caligula videos...) Not having to deal with the whips is the main reason I like the nano more...

FWIW, my 186 arrived perfectly. Don't regret it for a second. Best 60 bucks I'll ever spend on glass I'm guessing. Hopefully the two cracked 186's were just a blip in the radar and yingmin rectified the supposed "employee" problems that caused it.
