The fix probably is fairly simple. But this is really something Marc and Firewood should handle. Consider that you could wind up selling your FW4 a few years down the road. Dont you think the new owner would also want to know that the fix was performed at the source?

Yes, good points. And I was going to add to my post previous to yours that I'm not convinced the 'flick mid-session' is doing much. However, I like to pull the capsule out from the oven every so often when I use it anyway just to cool it down and keep it from continuing to roast in the chamber...

I tend to take it out mid session, turn it upside down, and flick the capsule several time with my finger. It seems this is all the stirring it needs.
